Rooted in elemental wisdom, embodied presence, and trauma-informed care, Anam Heart supports individuals and couples in returning to a felt sense of safety, intimacy, and aliveness, without substances, quick fixes, or spiritual bypassing.

The answers do not live outside of you.
They live in the body, waiting to be listened to.

What are we Remembering? 

Modern culture teaches us to seek intimacy through performance, consumption, or peak experiences.
But the old ways, across lands and lineages, understood something simpler:

Healing happens when the body feels safe enough to remember itself.
